It’s my first post for disabled selfie night and I chose this picture because I still feel bad talking with my mom about my depression and anxiety. I’ve been to therapy 3 times, I’m finally on some solid meds and haven’t told her yet. I think it hurts her too much to know something is wrong with me so we skirt around the subject. I’ve worked so hard to be where I am and it’s been a 11 year road. My mom is the best person I know and I hope one day it won’t scare her so much ❤️
